Neil Herrin "Vanilla" has worked in the IT and design business for over 20 years. He's been a huge gamer since the Atari 2600 days back in the 80s. Around 2015 he brought his skill set together with his passion for games and started making in-game logos for gamers on select games that offered a "create-a-logo". Around 2016 Vanilla started creating MLB the Show logos. This business took off very quickly as The Show required you to make all logos in-game in their special logo creator which was rather difficult for non-design types to use. Vanilla created MLB the Show logos for many top-tier ranked players, content creators, real MLB players, and anyone who wanted to look good on the digital baseball diamond.

In 2020 Vanilla founded the Vanilla Gaming Company and put his logo services on hold to get VGC off the ground.  VGC released their first title, VanillaBeast: Retro Knock-Out! (a Mike Tyson Punch-Out! parody) on Steam on July 28th of 2023. The Vanilla Gaming Company is currently working on their 2nd game, VanillaBeast: Mystery Kink, which is due out in 2025. Now that the VGC is stable and well on their way to their second successful game, Vanilla has brought back his logo creation services!
